UPTICK SUB-PROCESSORS
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Uptick who has or potentially will have access or process Customer’s data which may contain Personally Identifying Information (PII). Uptick engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below.
Uptick requires its sub-processors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Uptick (as a Data Processor) as set in Uptick’s Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”).
